Before we start consuming Andalusian cheese, preferably take the cheese out
of the refrigerator some time before so that the cheese can acclimatize which
improves the taste and flavor. The
Andalusian cheese is a natural product and from the moment of production aging
has an influence on the taste. The perfect temperature of consumption is between 18 and 25 degrees
Celsius, most times it is sufficient to take the cheese 2 to 4 hours before
consumption out of the refrigerator. Some
cheese need more time to acclimatize. With regard to the fresh cheese, this type of cheese should be taken out of
the refrigerator just before consumption. With this cheese type temperature has
a negative influence on the quality. (The types mentioned are those similar as
the known Feta and Mozarella types) To cut the cheese we should keep in consideration the shape, size and
texture of the cheese. Each cheese part should consist of inner and rind part
of the cheese. When one prepares a cheese dish with different types of cheese one should
divide the cheese clockwise as the taste get stronger.
