The preparation of a dish with Andalusian cheeses.

We have 3 options for presenting Spanish cheese from Andalusia :

• Wooden board ( non painted !)
• Dark colored glass (for a good visualization of the cheese).
• Ceramic Plates ( also dark colored )

The cheeses are divided:

Clockwise (left to right), preference 5 types of cheese

When preparing the dish keep in mind:

• From Young to old cheese
• From which animal is the milk
• Structure of the cheese
• Taste of the cheese
