Preparation: - Braise the onion,garlic and the sweet pepper in olive oil at a low fire. - Add the tomato and let it all simmer during 15 minutes. - After 15 minutes add the courgette, the salt and the pepper. Then again let it simmer for 15 minutes. - Check the taste and add salt if needed, then keep it warm. - Meanwhile heat up the grill. - Rub the tuna fish with olive oil en grill the tuna fish at both sides. - Serve together with the earlier made sauce. Enjoy
