Ingredients:
  • 720 grs. red tuna fish from almadraba, without bones and skin.

  • 250 grs. sliced onion in 1 cm squares.

  • 250 grs. peeled tomato and also cut in 1 cm squares

  • 125 grs. sweet pepper, without the seeds, also cut in squares.

  • 150 grs. courgette washed and again cut in squares.

  • 4 cloves of sliced garlic.

  • 2 dl. Olive oil.

  • Salt and pepper ( fresh grinded )

    Preparation:

    - Braise the onion,garlic and the sweet pepper in olive oil at a low fire.

    - Add the tomato and let it all simmer during 15 minutes.

    - After 15 minutes add the courgette, the salt and the pepper. Then again let it simmer for 15 minutes.

    - Check the taste and add salt if needed, then keep it warm.

    - Meanwhile heat up the grill.

    - Rub the tuna fish with olive oil en grill the tuna fish at both sides.

    - Serve together with the earlier made sauce.
