Orange and codfish
Ingredient:
Preparation: Peel and clean the garlic, Fry them in the Olive oil and keep them apart for later. Clean the cobfish and let it soak for several hours. Let it drain and fry it. Take the bones out and chop up the garlic. Peel the oranges and grind them, after taking out the pips and all the white from the inside. Mix the total and add that much olive oil until everything is smoothly. Let that mixture soak for 20 minutes and garnish with mint. Serve cold..
