Ingredients:

- 1 kg tuna fish
- 100 cl olive oil
- 1/4 kg onions
- 1 kg tomatos
- 1 clove of garlic
- perejil
- salt

Preparation:

Cut the tuna fish in slices. Cut the onion and the garlic and sauté them.Add the tuna fish and let it braise. Blanch the tomatoes to take out their skin and cut them in small pieces. Together with the parsley add the tomato to the Tuna fish. Bring it to taste with some salt and let it simmer for a while on low fire.
