Ingredients for 2 persons. - 150 grams of dried Tuna fish - Olive oil extra virgin - 200 gram tomatoes - 50 gram Celery - a few green and black olives
Preparation : Cut the tomatoes in slices and keep them in a nice bowl. On top of them put the very thin sliced ( almost transparant ) dried Tunafish. slice up the celery and add to the rest. Then use the olives as a decoratio. Ready to enjoy.
