Spanish Meatballs Ingredients:
500 gr. Meatloaf 1 union 3 toes of garlic Parsley, paprika powder and salt 1 egg and breadcrumbs Olive Oil Tomato sauce
Preparation : Slice the union, garlic and the parsley. Then mix it with the meatloaf. Make small balls from about 4 cm each. Fry the balls in olive oil and turn regularly. Prepare the Tomatosauce and add the balls. Heat until the sauce is boiling and then put out the fire and leave them to settle. Serve hot. |
